Do Pumps really work?

According to Dr. Joel Kaplan, a diplomat at the American Board of Sexology in Washington, D.C., "When the first airtight vacuum pump cylinder is placed around your penis, blood rushes into the muscle portion of your penis. The muscle tissue expands to the maximum, breaks down, and then rebuilds into larger and stronger muscles, similar to body-building." 3. Ambil minyak (cuba minyak Maharaja, Lintah dll), sapu pada zakar & urutkan sehala dari pangkal ke hujung. Ulang 20-30 kali.
4. Ambil balang, pilih saiz getah yg sesuai dgn zakar anda. Getah ni utk mengelakkan angin keluar dari balang semasa guna pam nanti.
5. Masukkan zakar ke dalam  balang. Pam semaksimum yg blh, tapi AWAS! jgn sampai sakit. Comfortable level: Ada rasa stretching tapi anda masih berasa selesa dgn tekanan yg anda gunakan. Biarkan zakar dlm balang selama 10 minit kemudian releasekan pressure dari balang. Biarkan zakar anda mengecil dgn sendiri baru cabut balang dari zakar anda.
6. Urut zakar anda semula sprt diatas. Tujuannya utk refreshkan balik aliran darah anda semasa sessi penggunaan pam tadi.
7. Jgn lupa, basuh balang anda utk sessi esok pulak. Sbb kalau tak basuh, habuk2 mgkn akan melekat pd balang dan boleh menyebabkan gatal-gatal  pada zakar anda nanti. Getah penutup jangan didedahkan pada angin dan perlu dilumur dengan minyak untuk mengelakan pecah dan merekah.
8. Ulang sessi senaman ini setiap hari selama 10 minit.
9. Jangan  lupa utk mengambil ukuran panjang dan  ukur lilit sblm memulakan senaman ini. Supaya mudah utk anda monitor perkembangannya setiap minggu.

Contoh: Kalau anda ke gym, trainer pasti melarang anda melakukan lebih dari yg sepatutnya walaupun anda rasa anda mampu & boleh. Ini kerana, otot-otot  perlu lebih relaks & bermula secara berperingkat.   Sama jugak kalau anda ingin berjogging, berlari atau bersenam, Anda tidak boleh terus berlari berjam2, boleh pengsan nanti.
